Many of you all the time are sending me the messages with asking if the t-shirts of «Real Russia» is still available in our store or if we have something else… something physical what I can send you from Russian with Love and then you can touch it and hold if your hands.

And finally… I am happy to introduce you the first series of an EXCLUSIVE branded Postcards of «Real Russia»!

This is the first 7 postcards with the images of Ufa, the capital of Republic of Bashkortostan, Russia. The images of places you all guys already seen in «Real Russia» videos and familiar with.

I have to notice that all these postcards was made by me from the very beginning to the final step and I’ve placed all my best in it.

At first I personally photographed all these places from different positions and angles that to have more than enough shots from where I will choose the best ones. And I were making it even more than I photographed it.

As soon as the pictures was painstakingly selected out of hundreds, I started to color correct them the same way as I color correct «Real Russia» videos and finally I’ve got a very saturated pictures with a prevalance of orange and blue-green tints. The name of the place in the pictures was placed in the same lower third I use in «Real Russia» videos and, of course, I’ve placed our new official logo. That’s how I actually passed the spirit of «Real Russia» videos to the still images of the postcards.

When the design of the postcards was ready, I spent another day visiting 7 poligraphy companies and printed a lot of tests on different printers and different types of matte paper. After all I again very painstakingly selected the best example out of all test prints. The one which is the best by the quality of the image and the quality of paper. I wanted it to be a hard matte paper which is very pleasant by touch.

Finally, I’ve got a finished in all senses Postcards I am totally satisfied with and even proud of it. I am pretty sure that NO ONE of you who will hold them will have any doubts that it wasn’t made without Love!

Another great thing is that an exclusive «Real Russia» postcards do not have a fixed price! Everyone of you can specify an own price according to your own feelings of it’s value. But, of course, I suppose it will be not less than it’s netcost.

All revenues from these postcards will go to «Real Russia» channel development which is even after almost two years of action still an independent channel.

I really love the Postcards. They have something magical. It’s just really touching moment and special feelings when you’re getting somebody’s postcard which sometimes reach thousands of miles before will get in your hands from the hands of the sender!
